How ABC began
ABC started in 2022, following a recommendation to support a business owner who needed an extra pair of hands.
It quickly became clear that the right support could offer much more than simply getting tasks off a to-do list. It could give business owners more headspace, bring structure to busy businesses and help turn ideas and plans into action.
What began with one client has grown into a business built around something we still believe strongly today:

Meet Alexis
Hi, I'm Alexis!
Throughout my career, I've worked with organisations in the UK and overseas, managing busy workloads, projects, teams and competing priorities across multiple time zones.
Along with my degree in Business Management, that experience has given me a broad understanding of how businesses work - and, perhaps more importantly, how to keep things moving when there are lots of moving parts.
I love getting to know the businesses and people we work with. I'm naturally curious, organised and practical, and particularly enjoy helping business owners take all of the ideas, priorities and things going around in their heads and work out what needs to happen next.
Sometimes that's creating a plan. Sometimes it's finding a better way of working. And sometimes it's simply saying, "Leave that with us."

ABC has grown beyond just me, but the personal approach it was founded on hasn't changed.
